选校：UIUC, Simon or Olin?

细节：UIUC $3,500奖，Simon $7,500; Olin 无。

其次声明偶不是高人，只是把朋友告诉我的意见转述一下：

在美国的朋友说在美国读常春藤学校或是拓宽一些——TOP15的学校，学校名气对找工作有帮助。如果不是这样，那么学校所在的地理位置就比排名重要，因为很多学校都是区域性的包括找工作，在大城市意味着机会多些。此外，他们觉得关系要因人而异了，实际上我们在国内读大学的时候也有不少校友，但是工作几年后校友之间的交往关系有多少还是因人而异，他们觉得在美国也是如此，社交能力强毕业名校当然社会朋友多也不仅限于校友了。

中国毕业生找工作，他们在美国的觉得最重要的个人能力是英语说和写的能力，其次是工作表现能力。

UIUC, Simon 和 Olin比较，SIMON的地理位置不错，美国经济如果还行的时候机会比较多。何况还给楼主最多的奖学金呢。

有个Simon毕业的朋友，他如果不是当年毕业碰上美国经济不景气而他就职的公司和家里发生了些事情，他还是很希望呆在纽约不回北京的。

不过一切还是要楼主自己决定了。

我个人感觉名气应该是UIUC最大。

SIMON就是太冷了。呵呵。

找工作的话，simon的地理位置也蛮尴尬的吧？相对于那么高的学费，7500不算多吧，基本上是可有可无的。。。

First, UIUC should be dump out of picture. they have one of the best computer science and accounting department in the world. but for MBA, they are ... put this way, need to work on it.

Second, it is all about where you want to work later. if you love big cities and a chance to work on east coast. Simon is the only choice among all three.

Third, olin is ok. St Louis actually has many big companies. but after all, it is conservative central. For Chinese, you'd better stuck at some place where there are asian upper management

Forth, ranking is not everything. although I was very happy to see my school rising on the ranking chart, I still insist that we have to be realistic on future of a F-1 international student

simon is pretty strong in finance, so personally i would suggest u choose simon if u hv a passion for that. besides, it's not far from NY. if u live oncampus, the housing is said to be less than 200/month.

呵呵，simon的房租可远没有那么便宜，最少也要300多大洋/month纳！500多一个月的是比较理想的居所~~
