答案是b

这题我主要不明白的是，原句是（也就是a）想表达的是“某个现象不是由于更多昂贵的药可以解释的，而应该是由于医生开了很多昂贵的药这个原因解释的。”a的句型是“not···but···”，表达的是转折

但是正确答案b的句型是not only ```but also````，“不但···而且···“的表达的是平行。

选择b的话，则会造成与本来想表的（a选项）的意思完全不同。所以，选择b会不会也很牵强呢？谢谢~

这个题考察平行如果 not just 后面跟着的是BECAUSE 那么 BUT 后面也一定要更BECAUSE
选项B 两个 ARE DOING 结构完全是平行的
