This report demonstrates the placement status for the full-time MBA graduates of 2009 till Feb. 11, 2010.

Totally there are 101 graduates from full-time MBA program in 2009. Among them, there are 52 from FT07 class and 49 from FT08 class. FT07 graduated in May 2009 and FT08 graduated in December 2009.

Graduates’ Profile:

Average age: 30

Average working experience: 6 years

Graduates’ Gender Distribution: Male 70.3%; Female 29.7%

Graduates Nationality: Chinese Students 68.3%; International Students 31.7%

Current placement status:

–Employed: 78, (69 sought employment successfully and 9 got back to their original business.)

–On internship: 1

–Job hunting: 8

–Start-up own business: 7

–No intention for full-time job: 4

–Invalid response: 3

Annual Compensation Data:

1.For international students:

Mean: 489231 RMB

Median: 450000 RMB

2.For Chinese Students:

Mean: 312834 RMB

Median: 295000 RMB
