I have reviewed your letter and am impressed with your rejection reasons and
other suggestions. However, I have received a lot of rejection letters
this year, under careful consideration I decided not to accept your
rejection letter.

Please understand that this is not a negative evaluation of your rejection
letter, but rather a reflection of my unique choice criteria.

呵呵，这信原作者是为了表达自己的个性，还是没拿到offer后的气急败坏。不管前者还是后者，写这样的信发回去，除了再次证明学校的决定是正确的。没别的效果了。
