b为什么不对呢，是不是存在一个省略的原则啊？

and should not have writing in them or (should not) not be underlined,或者（西面这个转换不一定可以）and should not have writing in them or（should） not be underlined。所以会引起歧义。

而且should多余。B还没有C简洁。
