你应该把环境建设放在第一位以提高health care 水平，还是应该搞其他建设来提高？
Currently , a increasing number of people has paid attention to the health care. They attempt to do something about the health care by utlizing bunch of methods.
Some hold the ground that , in order to make progress on health care ,environmental construction should be taken care of beforehand. Others,however,
stand with the idea that it is not until we develope other constructions, such as economic construction , educational project and etc , can the improvement
of health care work well . As far as I`m concerned ,I figure that environmental construction is second to none when it comes to the development of heal care.
My views can be greatly substantiated in the following discussions.
Firstly , environmental construction plays a potencially influncial role in the health care .Nowadays we`ve been suffering pollutions for
a long time , but have we literly asked ourselves who did this to us ? No doubt that none of us would deny that it is us who commite this crime.Pollutions
lead to a multitude of terrible effects . For instance ,the green house . Out of the unlimited pouring of carbon dioxide , the climate has changed conspicuously.
We don`t feel as much cold as before any more .This kind of climate change is killing our health .Only if we stop the green house can we take care our health.
Thus , environmental construction help us with our health .
What`s more , environmental construction can make us have a sense of protection on our health . Since we do realize that environment to our health is like
water to fish . We cannot live without environment .Every other constructions have to be based on envieonment .Assume that our environment had been destroyed
seriously , and we also became ill . Then how can we afford to do other constructions to accomplish the health care ?
All in all , we should set a stage to operate our environmental construction first for that is the most crucial measure we ought to take in order to
improve the heal care.
