此题容易先入为主排除没有not only but also的选项。实际上已经犯了一个错误：谁告诉你这个句子是并列关系了？实际上这句前后是转折关系，选的答案是D。当然，本题也可以通过杀灭其它选项获得答案。要强调的是避免先入为主这种错误的做题习惯。
我个人认为NOT ONLY BUT ALSO 结构没有错用于快速定位，但是在d中改了结构，就要留意~

umm...只能说逻辑含义比not only...but also...这类固定结构重要

而且我觉得现在的出题风格倾向于“必须把句子的主要成分给看懂”。
