请问毕业后的就业跟mba之前的经验是否关系很大。

答：Overall，很大。其中，咨询相对小些。（指general的管理咨询类。如果是进和行业相关的咨询公司，比如一些专门针对health care，或者IT的，对背景要求还是更多些）

比如对于一个30岁左右之前主要是IT技术背景的申请者来说，MBA后转入咨询需要注意什么。

答：如果转有IT需求的咨询公司，那算优势。whatever consulting firms you want to join, communication skills are among the most important things.  Specifically, communication skills, in terms of consulting, mean structural thinking, top-down communication, probing questions, synthesising the findings.

What MBA can help you:

1). structural thinking, ：from various classes, especially the strategy, marketing,

2).top-down communication, probing question ability, synthesising the findings: from case studies

3). To prepare consulting application: do consulting cases

我看公司招聘似乎还是看之前的经验比较多，那么对于转行的人来说成功希望有多少呢，

答：Really case by case.

Many consulting firms exist, including both the big, top-tier, and some small ones. Don't know the specific possibility of successful ratio.  You can check biz school's placement statistics, some schools will list the % of entering consulting firms.

Whether you can get in , depends on how many efforts you make, and how fit you are with consulting world by nature.

MBA在其中起什么作用呢

答：as above

主要是分享一些有关MBA准备、申请、读书、以及之后就业的一些体会。以方向性看法为主，基本不涉及solution。

方式以回答问题为主。标题有点儿托大，暂没想到更合适的。

CD里面来来往往牛人无数，个人估计绝大部分问题，如果你有耐心仔细看这里所有的帖子，基本都能找到答案。所以本帖子适用于下列情况，但不保证能提供满意的答案：

1）没有在以前帖子里面找到类似的问题； 2）对答案还有疑惑；3）实在懒得找了。（强调一下：至少你找过大部分了）4）如果你的问题在另外一个帖子里面发了，还想再了解一下，可以给我链接

个人经历：从准备MBA到现在工作，8年。美国读的MBA，目前在国内。其余暂时不介绍了。

希望问题可以具体些，比如自己的一个specific的concern之类。
