Although some country’s government censor television and radio programs while others do not. In this discussion, I shall present that the argument favoring government should censor television or radio programs properly.

First, almost everyone watches television programs or listens to radio programs every day. As the saying goes one takes on the color of one's company，I think if the programs are filled with offensive languages and behaviors, they influence our life unwittingly. Maybe sometimes you say an offensive word unconsciously due to the programs you watched. Particularly, children who are at the beginning of conscious are good at imitating and can’t distinguish between the right and the wrong. After watching such offensive programs, they will say offensive languages or act violently at school, which upsets their parents and teachers will change their view on life and the world. Such children will not know love and become egotism in the future. It’s terrible in respect for children are our society’s future. So government should censor television or radio programs.

Second, such programs represent our country’s image. Assuming that foreigners listen to the radio programs or watch television programs while visiting our country, they hear the offensive words or see the violent behavior, they will convince that our country is a poor-quality country. People all over the world pay attention to their languages and behaviors out of their own country, because they stand for the images not only themselves’ but also their country’. So such programs are needed to censor to delete such offensive languages and behaviors.

Third, censoring television and radio programs make our country safe. The most clandestine news about military equipments shouldn’t be exposed under the public.

However, government censor need society supervision. Some news programs and on-the-spot records reflect affairs happened in real life. Citizens have the right to know the fact. Maybe some news is negative to government. Although high inflation rate means high unemployment and may make citizens worry about the future, which affects the consuming level. Such financial news also should be the fact. Government should not censor such programs to be deleted. Because the resolve to this problem is every citizen’s and business’ efforts as well as government’s excellent macro economic regulation policy.

In conclusion, television and radio programs needed censorship.
