我觉得应该选D 因为A根本接缺少谓语嘛,而且可以理解成到目前为止 predated and resembled XX

Nope; A) "Erasmus both predates and resembles Tartuffe." "predates" and "resembles" are the verbs.

D) Incorrect verb tense, "has" suggests the continuing action of "resembles" and "predates".

一般沒看到since或者大段時間的出現不選完成時態
何況這個後面又是is therefore暗示一般時即可
