因为两个句子中间不够成转折关系，所以Although和but都是不可以的

NY的很多小博物馆（1）要不就关于本地历史，（2）要不就是关于各种种族的。很多这样（（1）或者（2））的博物馆（form Manhattan to the Bronx ）在夏季的周末都是开放的。
