unlike对比词，对比对象要有可比性，"the body’s inflammatory response "vs"the body’s more localized response"
and并列相同的成分

首先。。。。这不是一个全划线！！！！
其次，看unlike的比较对象，前面是the boby's....对应的后面的比较对象也应该是 the boby's 所以排除BC，并且A里面的关键语也变成了 response，所以也排除。
再次，widespread 后一系列的动作都是在has healed后发生的，不能用进行时。并且还有个until “直到。。。”
