楼主，with的用法我也不清楚，只知道他的独立主格用法和句子开头逻辑主语问题，所以同问

但是我知道A不对，因为A的比较对象不对等。就是说A的HAD been在前文没有对应，因为前文shattered expectations这个动作不含BE
