对Prep笔记关于D选项的解释不明白。

D选项中若不理and thus possibly forcing与provided不对称的错误，笔记说D选项中in full view of错误地修饰了整个句子。但我不明白in full view在A中是修饰什么的？disintegration of a comet不是in full view of的逻辑主語吗？

而且觉得A选项中last year放在comet后面很奇怪。
