应该是A吧，B、C都该了时态，而且 between 1876 and 1904 明显是过去的时间，应该用过去时比较好
D、E错的更夸张，there be形式明显把强调重点放在了 concerns 上，而实际上句子是陈述一个事实

A. B时态错 D，E。there be加抽象名词错，B，C， E时间状语修饰对象改变错。
