沃顿Statement of Integrity请教:可让人改essay吗

今天看到Wharton的申请主页上有这个内容：



Statement of Application Integrity

The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania requires that the work in your application is completely accurate and exclusively your own. Offers
of admission are subject to being rescinded should any
misrepresentation and/or omission occur. Expulsion from the program is
also an option. I understand and agree with this policy and hereby
certify that I have provided accurate information in this application.
I understand that if I matriculate the school or its agent may conduct
a background verification check on my credentials and I understand that
there will be a nominal fee for this service. As a result, I authorize
all persons or entities to provide any relevant information in their
possession to the University of Pennsylvania or its agent for use in
considering me for admission and matriculation. I expressly waive any
required notice to me. Wharton also reserves the right to rescind an
offer of admission if you show a significant drop in academic
performance or fail to graduate from any academic institution you are
currently enrolled when submitting your application. This is my own,
honest statement to the Admissions Committee.





我还想让essay修改机构帮忙改一下语法错误，提提建议什么的，那要让学校知道了，岂不是被开除？

那找中介算么？

应该没什么大问题的，让别人（包括中介）修改都是正常的，只要不出现那种别人完全代笔的情况就好。

You youself write your own essay, then ask someone to polish: this is totally tolerable.

有学校明文规定不可以让别人修改.....例如Yale....

我的美国朋友去年被芝加哥录取了，她说她的ｅｓｓａｙ找了姐姐帮忙修改
咱没有美国亲戚　只好请润色公司帮忙了

它说可以提general comment,但不能edit.....
