答案选C，这里如果把D中的“the”去掉是不是就对了？

D变成了从德国的核能转化而来的能源了, in Germany 就近修饰nuclear power,于是意思就不对了~

我的理解是这样的：the energy是特指法国的能源，而如果把the去掉，就没有特指的限定了：whereas just over 33 percent of energy comes from nuclear power in Germany，而且这样在结构上也优于C
