答案是B.通过排除法可得.但我还是想知道这里的there are是干嘛的,不应该是和前面的there are平行吧..baidu了一下有论坛讨论了,但仅仅用"惯用法"来解释..

麻烦大家指教了...

如果有there are，前后都要补上的...惯用，记住它吧。

可是这里，as many households .... as 后面的不是应该和前面 many households平行吗？
there be已经在as many前面了，如果有不上平行，岂不是应该是 as there are many households...as there are吗？

对这道题这个平行特别不理解，NN帮我一下？

看不懂楼上是一句什么改变句子结构的，仍然不能够理解这道题中的并列as those where不对马？

"...as those where..."還是沒"...as there are households where..."好.
因為those可能會指children and grandchildren
