I have researched your inquiry. The xxx Graduate College, who evaluates all transcripts for US equivalency, had initially told us that your transcripts were not equivalent because the transcripts only showed three years of study and we could not consider your application. Upon re-review, they discovered that you actually completed your four years in a three year period which then allows us to proceed. However, the Graduate College neglected to tell us that they re-evaluated your transcripts, which is why your file is still undecided. We will immediately review your file and xxx, Director of Admissions, will notify you as soon as a decision is reached. 说明：我1月1日提交申请，8日左右获知他们认为我的学历有问题，和他们经过两三天的激烈争论，他们才发现我是用三年的时间完成了一个四年的学位。于是网申状态显示Application Sent to the mba office for review on January 14, 2004. Application is currently being reviewed and you will be notified in writing when a decision has been made.而现在他们却告诉我的申请还没有开始review，气得老夫半天说不出一句话来。大家帮我出出主意，下一步我该怎么对付这个学校？
