that 定语从句和分词都可以作定语修饰紧邻名词，但是分词还可以作状语修饰整句。

所以作定语时当然定语从句优先啦 没有歧义且清晰指代

那请问如果creating前面有逗号，它是修饰整个句子的主语the use 还是lying,怎么判断阿？

这个要看句子意思了 如果修饰整句正确 而修饰句尾名词也没问题 说明此时分词有歧义 不好
