从句子合理的逻辑中心出发进行秒杀：根据句子的几个组成部分，感觉出来最合理的含义是，过多遵循一系列的行为很可能会使得经理犯错。所以E的句子结构是最恰当的。
其他几个说经理造成了犯错，并不恰当，应该是经理的某个行为造成了错误。
另外A,C,D可以通过it的指代不清来确证排除。
ps:全划线句一般从句子能表达合理逻辑含义的结构入手。

1. 看代词是否有歧义：A里面两个it指代不同，错；
2. being done或者sb‘s doing（何况D还是被动。。。更不对了）不做主语，语法上很少这样用，所以DE从形式上肯定不对（E相当于没有主语，句子残缺）；
3. BC两个选项很像，直接找差异：显然B改变了原文意思，错
