鉴于很多人站短我想要我的模板,我就发在这里了.....希望大家能借鉴一下,其实我awa就5分,不算高,模板是自己写的....大家看看就好~~~ Argument~
Citing the fact that……..,the author reaches the conclusion that…….Another evidence/survey cited to support the conclusion is that……At last,,the writer points out that……Although this conclusion seems plausible at first glance, it is flawed in several major aspects: 集合大小不同的类推 To begin with, the argument commits a fallacy of false generalization in assuming that A is typical of all B,as a group./the national tendency can apply specially to B. Depending on the total number of B,it is entirely possible that A are not representative of B, generally. There are all kinds of important differences between ……for instance, not only but also….. If so,then the author can’t justify his recommendation./conclusion that……..without detail information about A. 错误类比: Secondly, it is highly doubtful that the facts drawn from A are applicable to B. Apparently differences between A and B clearly outweighs the surface similarities, thus making the analogy untenable, as well as unconvincing. For example, A is ……..on the other side, B is………..The author’s failure to prove or even think about the comparability between A and B renders the conclusion based on it extremely suspect. 过去推未来: The author assumes without justification that the background condition have remained the same at a different time/are the same at different locations. Taken into consideration that the survey/figure was conducted several years ago/in XX place, yet two years/such a difference in place is sufficient for a significant change in the overall situation, for example…….Lacking a detail analysis, it would be unreasonable to conclude that…… Exclude other reasons: The author clearly commits a fallacy in assuming that A is all that is required for B. While A is an important element in determing B, it is hardly the only one. Many other reason such as……could just as likely account for the result that…..The author’s failure to investigate or even consider other possible explanations for B renders the conclusion based on upon it highly suspect. Causal relationship: Secondly, the argument relies on an unproven case- and –effect relationship between A and B. The mere fact that A occurred before B/A coincide B does not necessarily prove a causal relationship. No additional evidence is offered in the argument, thus leaving open the possibility that the two events are not causally related but merely correlated. To establish a general relationship between A and B ,the writer should provide more detail information about A and B. Therefore, without compelling evidence to support the causal connection between the two events, the report’s recommendations are not worthy of consideration. False dilemma To begin with, the author commits a fallacy in assuming that A and B are mutually exclusive and there is no room for a middle ground. The assumption is highly suspect since the author supplies no evidence whatsoever to substantiate it. The common sense informs us that it is entirely possible that we can easily provide better results by adjusting both A and B/there is a third……Without sufficient information that can rule out such possibilities, the author can’t justifiably conclude that ../….. Appeal to ignorance Another assumption of writer is that all the customer/… unhappy with…… complain about it. However, lack of prove is not prove. It is entirely possible that many XXX express their displeasure simply by not responding to it/XXX are displeased but too busy to formally complain /. The greater the percentage of such XXX,the weaker the argument’s evidence as a sigh of XXX satisfaction with A. Without sufficient information that can rule out such possibilities, the author can’t justifiably conclude that ../….. One-sidness The author turns on the questionable assumption that …can offer/achieve without sacrificing any other costs….In fact, A may have to contribute …all to compensate….Finally, it may turn out that the advantage of ….far outweigh the disadvantages….. Vested interest to begin with ,we have strong reasons to question the creditability and neutrality of the marks made by……..,who has vested interest and therefore is prone to take the position to his own advantage./ Even if there is no vested interests, the author commits a fallacy in assuming that…… data sufficiency Furthermore, the statistics cited in the editorial may be misleading because the total number of ………..is not specified. Survey The director provides no evidence that the number of respondents is statically significant or that the respondents were representative of ….in general. lacking information about the randomness and size of the survey’s sample, the director can’t make a convincing argument based on the survey. Information too vague The information provided in this programme/policy is too vague to be informative. The claim does not indicate who conducted this survey, who surveyed or when, where and how this survey is conducted. 结尾: In summary, based on the reasons listed above, the argument is logically flawed and therefore unwarranted as it stands. To make the argument more convincing, the author should prove that……Moreover ,to better assess the conclusion, we still need more information concerning ………….
Issue: As a matter of fact, the issue of whether AAA is a complex and controversial one.On the one hand, many people may feel that BBBBBBBB,and correspondingly CCCCCC;on the other hand,it can be noted that DDDD and hence EEEEE.There is no universal answer to this question;so different people can hold different opinions due to their distinct backgrounds and values. As far as I am concerned, while I agree that under some circumstances BBBB,the ultimate goal of XXX,however,is DDDD.My view can be greatly substantiated by the reasons addressed below. To sum up, due to the reasons has been discussed above we may safely conclude that………../neither AAAA or BBBBB should guide decisions in the controversies at issue. Instead, decisions should be made on a case-by-case basis, considering CCC.. DDD. and EEEE.
