关于D项，笔记上的解释是“去掉no longer, 把全部否定变成部分否定，改变了原句意思”， 对于no longer如何表示全部否定的我不是太理解

关于E项，笔记上解释说“but连接并列的分句，不需要形式上完全对等”， 我对E的理解是还原倒装之后前半句的主语应该是cities，而but 后的主语就成了river，SA成了状语了。。

解释说这两个选项的with...+分词结构不能清楚的表达与overseas的关系，如何不清楚我不是太明白，白勇语法上讲的with+分词的独立主格结构是紧密型结构又该怎么理解呢？

第一个关于D，我觉得语义上少了“不再是”这层意思，而是说成了“不是”，意思上有差别

E，but引导完整并列分局的时候没有平行的的限制， I have an apple,but he gets none.

第二个，where 能表示出profit的来源，引导的是一个地点状语从句，with 一般都是做伴随状语，你可以试着这么翻译一下，"伴随着利润用来赋税，大部分利润来自国外"，意思有偏差，也表达不出profit和oversea的关系
