不理解为什么是A!

个人理解，仅供参考哈~higher-than-average blood pressure and their families have a history of high blood pressure 是with介词短语的两个平列结构，如果用whose的话修饰young people，与with短语并列，结构不平行，排除BD；E选项两个with结构，句子结构啰嗦，修饰不明确；C项，介词短语没有动词表达更加简洁清晰

看题时很粗心，认为higher-than-average blood pressure and their families have a history of high blood pressure 都是修饰young people，所以认为两个修饰结构是with的并列结构~~谢谢LZ上提醒啦~~

如果选C的话，lianlonger认为是复合式主语，年轻人和家族遗传的人？那runs动词解释不通啊~
