刚才没看题，只看了答案，果然直觉做题靠不住啊。虽然C不是很好，E有更大的错误，用的被动，而且重心变成强调how they are formed。望NN确定一下

although 是用于主句后，引出补充说明的，是修饰一句话

我是人为 C选项的although 是属于that从句中的，并不是修饰with结构。
