答案:D。我刚查了之前的帖子,说这里面screen前面的that是指带mechanisms。我的问题是,如何判断这个that指带的是mechanisms还是“disparate effect”呢?有什么判断方法吗?请多多指教!

that is 在这里有and的作用

逻辑上判断 显然不能说分离的结果是刷选.......这个动作过程

选择机制有刷选...这个动作导致有分离的结果

纯属个人愚见
