两道白勇的语法题 关于主谓一致

Downsizing allows for more openn space in areas where there are few services and little available water.

D) there is little water or services available

there be 和 or  好像都是就近一致吧？ 为什么这里 D 不对而A对呢？ 哪位大牛麻烦给解释一下啊？

关于正解的解释 书上说是因为“同位语的单复数可与其解释对象不一致”，所以parts对应了material。可是我觉得是不是因为parts只的是leaf 和material 两部分，所以才用复数的呢？ 请指教~~

little 可以修饰不可数名词，little water

但不可以修饰services，而要用few来修饰可数名词复数

所以不能直接就一个little后面又加water又加services，要分开修饰

the most nutritious parts指 the leaf and small-stem material

为什么要用or 连接呢？

前面there be 句型的谓语动词单复 取决于 后面名词，如果单一名词，就是is。原句是 一个什么水 and 一个什么服务，所以用are。

如果你硬要用or 的话，首先，there is little water ,这是坚决的， 可后面 services 是复数，不能也用there is 修饰，而需要用there are. 可是，你不能说 there is litter water or there are few services.
