NATIVE OF是有出生于哪里的意思

但是 native to 也有 出生在哪里的意思啊，

Longman Dictionary：
native to：growing, living, produced etc in one particular place

而且题中C E中的native是名词，而A中native是adj ，而且还没有发现有be native（adj）of...的用法。字典中native（n）of的意思是a person who was born in a particular place，也有出生于哪里的意思。

个人觉得不能从哪种用法有“出生于哪里的”意思，哪种没有这种意思，来解释。请大家指教。

想问原题中：will eat frogs.....为什么要用will呢？我觉得应该是一般现在时啊。。
