求教一个1月份AWA的高频作文题：B5

这个在黄金八十里面没有找到~我郁闷了半天，所以还是上来集众人之所长好了~

The primary responsibility of citizens is to obey their nation’s civil and criminal laws.

我写了半天写不下去了，实在水平有限啊~拜托各位了~我把我的文章顺便也贴上来，大家看看好了，写的不好，大家见笑哈~

To begin with, society is composed by citizens, each should obey to nation’s civil and criminal laws. For example, somebody steals other’s money, he or she will be accused according to civil laws. Based on the criminal law, people will be guilty of murder if they kill a person. In order to ensure our society’s safety, all citizens should obey our nation’s civil and criminal laws. Otherwise, we will live in an disorder world. Hence, it’s necessary for all the citizens to obey their nation’s civil and criminal laws.

Secondly, the speaker unnecessarily extend this issue to an irrevocable extreme. It’s unreasonable to make an conclusion that the responsibility to obey nation’s civil and criminal laws is the primary responsibility for all the citizens.

In conclusion, the issue appears to be logical at first glance. However, it’s somehow unreasonable after a careful examination. Hence, it’s a complex issue, requiring our subjective judgement. According to my analysis above, people should obey their nation’s civil and criminal laws. But this responsibility is not the primary one for citizens.

一点个人意见，仅供参考哈。

首先说文章结构，你第3段才2句话，太少了吧。而且你的观点是否定obey laws is the primary resp,但你大部分的文章（第2段整段）都在说obey laws,真正到第3段该support你的观点时又只有2句话。

其次是语言，有不少不正确或不恰当的词和句子。e.g.

unreasonable 语气太强烈；illogical好像也不大合适；

detailedly described in the following discussion 还不如直接说 will be discussed in detail below.

he or she will be accused according to civil laws，accuse 用的不对，要用charge； people will be guilty of murder，不对，will be charged of murder

我还有一个疑问，这个句子"extend broader assertion to irrevocable extreme"我看到好几次了，估计是模板句，但我真是觉得不通阿

最后，我对这个issue的看法：我同意这个观点。主要就是考虑到 stability of the society 的问题。这样的题目很抽象，真的很难写很多东西。
