那為什麼這裡的不定式修飾不會有歧義  比方說 Australian embryologists ...to suggest  和evidence ...to suggest

語法筆記上是說 不定式做狀語修飾動詞結構(have found) ...

然而

prep2的第15題 的語法筆記上 卻說不定式『...通常做狀語表目的,其邏輯主詞可能是句子主詞...』 

在第15題反而擔心去修飾到主詞而不是鄰近的名詞

X verb1 Y to verb2的結構大部份是修前面的動作...除了固定搭配(e.g. reluctance to do something...)

說的好~    所以很難去修飾到主詞囉!

我有2个问题：

1)正确选项E，(E) to suggest that the elephant is descended from an aquatic animal and that its trunk originally evolved
            这里的evolved前是否省略了is？我觉得应该是，evolved应该是被动语态吧？也就是说，并列的分句，第二个be动词可以省略，对吗？

2) 选项A (A) that suggests that the elephant is descended from an aquatic animal, and its trunk originally evolved 中that suggests that的用法没有错，关键是并列的分句没有用and that去形成完整的对应。如果这个选项改为：(A) that (1)suggests that(2) the elephant is descended from an aquatic animal and that (3)its trunk originally evolved 是否正确？是否会产生that(3)是跟that(1)平行，还是跟that(2)平行的歧义？
