从理解的角度来讲，没有问题，E已经是最佳答案。但是记得之前白勇语法上提到过，实义动词、名词等等不能省略。 E为什么可以省略idolization？现在整句话的意思是什么？

一部分排除E的自解：

Brontes and Brownings are last names and THE make them a known family. (definite article)

so in option E , you are comparing a family with individuals.

Like the Simpsons, Karmayogi is a fun to watch

但是为何可以省略实体词，还是要NN确认。

当初做题的时候是根据平行来判断的，确实不知道为什么可以省略idolization。也在困惑中……

og上曾给出这样的句型“like x,y……“ X，Y 必须成分相同，才可以比较。这句话y是 James Joyce and Virginia Woolf ，x就应该是Brontes and Brownings 。类似的还有unlike、in contrast to、in contrast with
