（1）有解释说A中的 419 times more pay than 是incorrect idiom...怎么会呢？

（2）原句中既然是419 times more pay than ，那么BCE选项中没有than了 就都应该是420 times the pay of 了吧？

即是说“x is n times more than y”应该转化为“x is n+1 times y”吧？呵呵 我是在想...是不是出题人自己都忽视了这个问题...还是我想错了...

对B的个人拙见：compare多数时候用被动，所谓GMAT语法大全有compare被动原则，虽不敢苟同，但这边觉得被动语态更好吧。
