continuing 在这仍是表示动作仍在进行是现在进行时.所以不对

continuing可以作形容词使用

C意思是 公司亏损因为只在海外挣钱，海外的钱都用来付税了，而公司仍在亏钱。

E意思是 公司亏损因为只在海外挣钱，这些钱大部分都赋税了，所以公司还是继续亏钱。

是不E的意思好点。
