The Hong Kong Baptist University (HKBU) School of Business has been a pathfinder and leader in business education in Hong Kong and Asia.  Launched in 1994, the HKBU MBA programme has firmly established itself in the marketplace as a China focused MBA programme.  The programme is designed with a general theme of international business, balanced by a China focus.

The programme equips students with managerial skills as well as international business knowledge through classroom work and a series of non-classroom activities including the China Field Study, corporate visits, seminars, workshops and overseas exchange programmes.  Our strong network of mainland business leaders, students, graduates and academics enables students to interact and learn from leaders in China business.  The programme offers one-year full-time mode for those young executives (including fresh graduates) who would like to pursue a career in the business field.

The School also offers rigorous, research-based PhD degrees.  The programme emphasizes research and knowledge creation.  The School’s area of particular expertise and research emphasis include Accountancy and Law, Economics, Finance and Decision Sciences, Management and Marketing.
