问两道prep语法

这题我一直在D和C之间纠结，我感觉C的那个Nikola Tesla是插入语，不是说插入语如果去掉应该不影响句子的表达的吗？可以这个去掉以后，句子完全就没意义啦，谁可以帮我分析下？

第一题：
A，划线部分最后一个he多余，错！
B，and so 两个连词连用，错！
C，Excited about在句首，含被动含义，逻辑意思不合理，错误!
D，正确！
E，The inventor of alternating current, excited with，同位语再句首太远，此外还有个错误同C。

第二题
考间接定语从句和倒装结构
AD两项倒装结构中主谓一致错误！
B项，在间接定语从句中插入and，错误！
E项， and deriving from 现在分词/动名词悬挂，错误！
C正确！

其实，后面的the inventor of alternating current是插入语
不过这两个结构式等同的
所以你去掉Nikola Tesla也是一样的，意思没有变化
the inventor of alternating current predicted in the mid-1890's that ....不行吗

第一题我也错了，我纠结在C和D，最终选了D，正确是C。仔细分析就会看到：
（1）D中的for the production of 的确冗繁，直接用动词produce最好了。
（2）D还有一个错误，“表达兴奋”要用be excited about，但是这里并没有be动词，还是直接是一个分词excited，是不能做谓语的。可以算是fragment。C就非常的清晰，excited是一个过去分词做noun modifier修饰Nikola.

我不知道这种方法合不合适，这种算不算夹心。
OG说夹心修饰，按照发生的时间顺序。
NT先对一个东西感兴趣，才才建造了发电站。所以逻辑上，应该是用excited about the prospects，后面跟他建造了水电站

第二种逻辑方法，C修饰词放置的位置最好，不远不近，很平衡。

第一题C选项， excited about应该表示使某人激动而不是被动吧？
就像i'm excited about doing sth
