我倒还觉得D的结构跟前半句更对称呢。。。

一个是derives from nuclear power,一个是comes from nuclear power.

还是很懵懂

两个选项意思有区别。主句是说法国的能源来自核能,D说能源来自德国的核能，c说德国的能源来自核能，从工整对照上来说当然c对~

我觉得d改变了意思，语法结构没什么问题。
