[求助]3城记，纽约芝加哥费城

MSF选校求助，以下所有项目都是MSF
目前有4个ad，clark，pace，iit，Drexel，其中已经拒掉了clark，剩下的3个比较纠结

选择的最重要的因素有2个，一是希望能找到实习甚至留在美国工作，在下知道现在世道很难需要不懈努力，不是说去那里一定就能找到工作，而是希望机会比较多，学校对学生就业投入一定精力；二是希望课程设置比较专业，不喜欢泛泛的课程，对公司金融或者投资这2方向没有特殊偏好，所以只要课程设置合理这2方向都可以

3个学校分别在纽约，芝加哥，和费城，对这3个城市没有特殊偏好，因为最想去的波士顿，brandeis还杳无音信

pace位置听说很好，离华尔街10分钟步行路程，不过不知道这对找工作帮助到底多大，听说学校提供实习，请知道的前辈指点一下这种说法对不对，课程设置不清楚怎么样，烦请前辈指点

iit听到很多朋友说课程很专业，偏向期货期权，衍生品定价等，课程设置很好，缺点是中国人多和大班上课，中国人多在下觉得没什么，大班上课可以算是个劣势吧，希望前辈指点一下就业情况

Drexel特点不明显，课程设置偏向公司金融，个人比较喜欢这一块，定价似乎太数理了，情况了解不多，希望前辈指点

个人职业规划是在美国工作2-5年回国发展，和金融相关的工作都行，比较倾向银行

iit给了3000一学期，有点少，其他都没有奖，不过就个人情况而言对学费生活费不敏感，主要是工作和课程

目前还在等temple，brandeis和depaul，不知道这3所和已经收到的相比，大家有什么建议

希望前辈能指点迷津，在下不胜感激

去pace吧，离金融中心越近的地方越好找工作

可是个人感觉课程设置也很重要，看看pace的课程设置，实在是太泛泛了，金融的各个方面都涉及一点，但貌似都不深入，iit的课程设置就很集中很专业
iit：

• MSF 505 Futures, Options and OTC Derivatives

Temple还不错，可以再等等，不过今年好像对中国学生很不友好

The
only redeeming quality about Drexel is the co-op program. The best
professors I have had are at my local community college where I've
taken two classes. The administration is cold and indifferent, treating
you like a number rather than a person. Every time I have to deal with
them I end up frustrated.

Having attended Drexel both as a full-time student as well as a
part-time online student, I can honestly say that I feel like the
University cares far more about its image and its bottom line than it
does its students. Aside from a small percentage of the teachers, I
have never felt that anyone from the university really cared about my
success.

唯一觉得好的是学校的带薪实习项目。学校的行政部门对我们漠不关心。

不管你是来德雷塞尔大学当个全职学生或者是准备读网络教育的学生，我想说的是：学校根本就不关心学生的个人发展，他们只在乎学校的形象工程。

The
only thing Drexel cares about is money. They don't care about helping
their students. If I could make my decision again, I would have went
elsewhere! While the school did offer a great program the professors
were never available to help you outside of the short amount of office
hours they did have.

学校只关心钱，根本不关心怎么帮助学生。教授根本不会在工作时间以外帮助你。

这是professional的Master项目，教授应该不会额外来关心，其实就看学院的力度了
