我觉得C都转移重心了改变了句子意思了，我选A，为何A不对呢？

比较对象不对等，A里面拿percent和a decade对比。

这是GMAT的中经常考到的比较省略问题
Today, more than 43 percent of Californians under the age of eighteen are Hispanic, compared with about 35 percent of Californians under the age of eighteen are Hispanic a decade ago.

OK 拉此法适用很多 PREP中的比较省略
