D选项，now drawing为什么不是表伴随结果？？收集大量知识，然后结果是得出了一个结论，我感觉OK啊

首先，逗号+v ing这种结构（伴随状语）来修饰前句动词或者整句话，但D选项前面的主句是现在完成时，既然是已经完成了，那么为什么还要用ING来表示伴随呢？

其次，now drawing...引导的现在分词结构的时态应该与主句的现在完成时一致，但是now是个现在进行时的信号词，时态上也是自相矛盾的。
