由于小女子只有雅思成绩，只能用雅思申会计，就问了msu接不接受雅思，小米给我回Email说：'We require either TOEFL score of 100 ibt or IELTS with band score of 7 or higher. The GMAT is 550 or higher and gpa is 3.0 or higher. The application fee is $85.00 for Apply Yourself which should be live as of September 27.' 9.27啥意思？说第一轮9.27截止？请教各位啦~
