我看的OG11 verbal review上说, B项should be cannot be followed by a present-tense verb; E: should have been cannot be followed by a present-tense verb...那么, 如果我想要保持B项或者E项,后面未划线部分的动词究竟应该用什么时态才对?

楼主很细心啊。其实两种表达都是可以的。
在现在时的条件句中可以用两种方来表达：
1）if A happens, B will happen/happens.
2）should A happen, B will happen/happens.

最上面那道题B不是错在时态的选择上，而是connection的用法一般connection表示A与B关联的时候只用A is in connection with B或者connection between A and B.

用connection of的不多见，比如he is a connection of mine。意思是他是我的亲戚。
