                表示…的程度这两个都是习惯用语。我怎么就不觉得是这样呢？我觉得也可以把to放到extent后面，比如我把E改成：

                planet billions of years ago was overwhelming and the degree to which rocks were scattered by its force.

这样我也不觉得unidiomatic ，不知道我这么改行不行啊，请牛牛指教！

我觉的可行....只是没有D简洁罢了

不过我也想请教一下，indicates 后面that可以省略吗？
