Surprised to receive the invitation this morning. I didn't submit a complete application, but sent my resume and statement to the coordinator of the program several months ago.

University of Oregon.早上9点面的，36分钟。三个professor，一个犹太人，一个印度人，一个美国人。手机接的，效果还行。

首先寒暄下天气怎么样，然后开始：

1. your research interests and experience.
答的比较乱，因为empirical和modeling都做过。在PS中我说要先做modeling，然后再empirically test some hypotheses。有个professor问了为什么要这么做，我说这是职业生涯规划，modeling和empirical相辅相成。但我在phd期间focus在modeling，以后的有可能的话再做empirical。

2. teaching experience and responsibility

3. other programs applied and when will you make decision.
问我想他们时候给结果。他们问这个是因为他们还在处理申请材料中，所以三月后才有结果。

4. when will you submit your formal application.
我几个月前发了resume和PS给一个教授，但没有网申，也没有寄材料。

5. 一个native教授像播放录音似的balabala介绍他们的program,大概5分钟。

6. my questions。

我问录取了TA or RA, 他们说第一年是RA，第二年是TA，然后又是RA。然后还问了一个教授的research plan in the near futhure
