请教LBS MiF的PS

LBS MiF personal statement 三个问题如下，请教LBS MiF的校友和正在申请这个项目的同学们：

1) 三个问题一共要写两页以内，Q2和Q3的篇幅占多少合适呢，感觉主要是第一个问题可写的内容比较多?

2) Q2 是要address 自己profile中的弱点么，比如低GPA？还是写一些其他的卖点，比如一些课外的经历，community service?

3) Q3貌似写不了几句话，有什么建议的内容么？

Question 1

What has prompted your application to the Masters in Finance?  Why do you believe you would benefit from it at this stage in your career?  What do you expect you could contribute to the programme?  What are your career objectives: what are your career plans immediately after graduating from the Masters in Finance and how do you see your career developing over the next five years?  Why do you want to study for a specialist Masters in Finance programme as opposed to a more general masters degree?

Question 2

Any other matters you wish to draw to the attention of the Admissions Committee.

Question 3

(Full-time applicants only).  Becoming a full-time student will involve taking a break in employment, and for many participants it will also involve relocating to another country or city.  Have you discussed these issues with your partner, family and employer?  What were their responses?  How supportive are they?

建议把主要精力放在第一篇，第二第三篇不是很重要。这个从题目的长短就可以看出来。第一篇怎么也得800字左右吧。

我也知道第一问题是重点，不知申请过LBS的朋友们以前是怎么处理第二和第三个问题的。。。
