In order for us to get your SEVIS I-20 issued we must receive financial
documentation from you. The following documents are needed in order to
issue you a SEVIS I-20:

        

        
-Affidavit of Support (signed by you and your sponsor - if the funds are
not your own).

        
-A copy of your passport ID page.

        
The Passport copy and Affidavit of Support can be faxed or emailed to
me.

        

        
If you are not faxing or emailing the documents above please forward
