2. typical team size, how to motivate team member, how to deal with poor-performanced staff 最后一个问题追问了好久，问我对态度不好的同事怎么办
3. leadership experience, what do you see in a good leader
4. why MBA 这个也追问了一下，说on-job training/learning就够了阿什么的
5. working experience overseas, any difference from that in China
6. why Kellogg, why not other M7, any other school applied
7. Contribution to Kellogg
8. Why do you think you're outstanding and that I should recommend you to the school

感觉中国人面比外国人难忽悠.. 校友，尤其是毕业后已经工作了一段时间的校友，看问题很实际
