 What contributes to a company’s long-term success ?The speaker holds the view that job satisfaction and job security plays the most significant role in company’s long-term success.However,others may claim that other aspects can be responsible for the result.In my point of view,this issue needs an overall analysis without which we can not reach a simply conclusion.

  Adimittedly,job satisfaction and security affects the long-term success of a company to some extent.The centre of the company is its employees,without whom,one company can not run regularly in society.So company should emphasis on the interest of employees.Job satisfaction and security are among these interest ,which mean so much to employees.

  In adition ,many other aspects are of the same importance.when it comes to era of information,innovation gains increasing popularity all over the world,especially among success companies.Furthermore , organizational culture is crucial to the long-term succucess.Zhangruimin,the CEO of Haier,one of the largest company of domestic appliances in China,says"To our company,culture is one of the most important issues I put emphasis on.We can not gain long-term success without the overall guiding culture.".What's more ,the vision of company and organizational structure as well as many other aspects are also critical.

  So,which aspects play more significant part?To my perspective,however,whether the company can achieve long-term success results from the weakest part of company instead of the advantage.According to a recent survey conducted by Nanjing University among companies in more than ten businesses and across 20 cities of China,56% of the boss adimit the key to their success is solving the problem and make weak part stronger rather than strengthen advantages.The recent can,in a large sense substantiate my view that it is high time that a company address the difficulties among their drawbacks.

  There are other aspects relevant to the issue,which unfortunately ,I have no time to explore here.But what I mention above are justify my  conclusion in a large sense that we can not safely draw any conclusion without detailed analysis.In general,many factors due to the long-term success of a company other than job satisfaction and job security while the aspects really detemine the long-term success of a company is the aspects which are the weakest and most undermine the success of a company.
