the answer is E. 没问题。但我想问一个关于主谓一致的问题， og解释说D主谓不一致，the predominant industries and the regulatory environment of each state 要复数determine。

我想问为什么不是单数呢 A and B of each state, 重点在 each state！每个州（的支柱产业和环境监督），所以单数！

请大家帮忙。

A and B of each state（介词短语修饰A and B)

记得：n. of each+verb(动词数的形式跟n.一样)

n. each+verb(动词数的形式跟n.一样，each做n.的同位语)

each of +n.+verb(动词数的形式跟each一样用单数)
