[求助]两道题

以前上课有说过like应改成seem，那这题为什么选A呢？是因为B不够简洁么？

XDF有条规律总结一般情况用being都是错的，除非是介词+being+被动，可这里并不符合条件。

1.我记得上新东方的时候老师说，like改成seem，一定错。like表示像，seem意思是看上去似乎。

2.这道题看上去就是在C和D里找答案。D答案中，there is + n,错

  C答案中，划线部分后面是个by，表被动，被动的话，being就可以用了

  being+n/adj永远错，其他的表被动的要看的
