请教牛人有关形容词短语前置修饰的问题

这个语法现象一直让我比较比较费解，大全里面有一道题目就是用的这个选项，我想问问这种表达方式可以吗？？我觉得应该是 Being very reluctant to have any extra, 没有being 的情况下又不是独立主格结构或者同位语，好奇怪的选项阿！
